HM Revenue & Customs is moving towards greater digitalisation and more frequent reporting. The result is that employers or their agents are required to make an online payroll submission either on the day or before the date they pay their employees.

The system has therefore become more onerous for the employer and the penalties for non-compliance, where the employer has failed to meet their RTI filing and payment obligations, can be high. Firmvalue Payroll Services will help you stay compliant, as well as saving you time, ensuring that you make your online submissions, and pay your liabilities on time.

Auto Enrolment

The introduction of Auto Enrolment has made it compulsory for employers to enrol eligible workers into a pension scheme to which they must contribute. Firmvalue Payroll Services can assist with the assessment of your workforce to establish who should be enrolled, so you can keep your employees updated about the changes.

We will also process the monthly reporting to complete the Auto Enrolment pension service.
